Feather & Bloom make hats and headpieces for savvy ladies with style. Founder Amelia Locke is trained in traditional couture millinery but being a Champagne taste, Prosecco budget kind of person, wanted to make hats that didn't cost the earth.

So in 2017, she threw caution to the wind and decided to create a range of hats that are affordable, fun and fabulous.

Working from her studio in Hampshire, Amelia creates ready to wear and bespoke millinery for all occasions.
